*OVERSIZED ITEMS

Due to lack of dimensions on some parts, as part #s and shipping cost constantly update. the site provides a guestimation of a quote at the time of ordering. However, additional shipping charges may occur due to weight and dimensions. Such is the case with most body parts and some interior pieces. By placing your order on our website you are agreeing to ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

SHIPPING POLICY

As we are reliant on outside shipping companies, Gaudin Porsche is not liable for any shipping charges or refunds due to missed delivery deadlines, parts no longer wanted, or misdirected packages. The customer assumes full responsibility for the total amount of shipment (no insurance for damage and no refunds will be given) if the package is redirected with any shipping company at any point from the original order/label address. We reserve the right to ship via USPS or Fedex Ground if the parts ordered dictate it.  Insurance and a signature are REQUIRED upon delivery for all orders over $500, only way to avoid this is make sure your order stays under $500. You will be provided a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. 

*Once you have received your package(s) please check items for correct fitment or damages due to shipping with photos and notify us as soon as delivered, within 5 days of receiving.

*Please keep all original packaging in case there is a need for a return for up to 30 days. (excludes control modules and electronics as they are non-returnable/non-refundable)

When returning items, please do not write or place a shipping label on official Porsche part boxes. If it is a core return, please return in the original box with neon pink "CORE" sticker and the Porsche Barcode Sticker with the Part # in a shipping box. The core return item MUST not be cracked or damaged and drained of any fluids in order to receive the core refund. Due to HAZMAT restrictions we are unable to ship any batteries, liquids, airbags, or seatbelts. Due to Insurance reasons we are unable to ship any windshields, rear glass, or lightweight glass.

Freight Forwarder? - If you're using a freight forwarder, our responsibility ends when they receive the package. Make sure they inspect all contents for damage and accuracy, and contact us with any issues before they forward the products to your location. Once they forward the package they are responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items.

 *Orders of $500 and over are subject to verification. CHECK OUT POLICY

Your confirmation e-mail will include your order number and the items you are ordering.  It is important to retain the order number for future reference in the event that you have questions. Prices are subject to change from the time of a quote to time of ordering. Please note that that Gaudin Ford will appear on your statement. Please make sure you use an email that you check frequently as this is our form of communication with you on the progress.

 VIN REQUIREMENT

We strive for 100% accuracy on all orders we receive.  To help us achieve this goal, we ask that you please include your car's VIN when initially placing your order. Please note this is a courtesy service to try to eliminate wrong part orders and returns, we are not responsible for 100% guaranteed fitment. Please contact us if you have any questions, comments, or concerns about parts before placing your order.  If your order does not include the VIN, an email will be sent to try to gain a VIN, if no response is received within 10 business days the order is subject to cancellation.  There will be NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on the parts ordered with no VIN.  All order returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

PART AVAILABILITY

Not all parts are available or "IN STOCK IN LAS VEGAS" for immediate shipment and some parts will need to be special ordered from our warehouse.  Please call or e-mail us to confirm availability when working with older parts that may be discontinued. If part is not in stock and must be ordered from a US Porsche warehouse, it usually takes 2 -3 business days (please allow more time if any order is placed near a holiday) to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. You will be notified by email if an item has to be ordered from Germany these parts usually take 4 -6 weeks to arrive here in Las Vegas, plus the shipping time to you. Actual stock levels ARE NOT depicted on the website. In emergency situations please email us at [email protected] or open a chat window for part availability. Additional expedited delivery options are available at an additional fee for items that may have to come from Germany. We are not responsible for any shop or appointment fees that may occur due to Special Orders from Porsche as delays, mispackaged, and shipping time, and shipping damage are out of our control. 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Some parts may need to be special ordered and will not be available for immediate shipping.  There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on discontinued parts. These items are considered a " Final Sale " item. 

Orders returned that were specially ordered from Porsche are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This(these) part(s) is(are) sold "AS IS".  The only warranties applying to this (these) parts are those which may be offered by the manufacturer(s).  The selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this(these) part(s) and/or service.  Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages. Warranty is 2 years, for a Porsche warranty there must be proof of install with a work order stating the vehicle stating the vehicle's VIN # and the mileage and then again the same thing VIN # and the mileage with a diagnosis of the issue.

In addition, expressly excluded in any dealer liability for defects pertaining to safety or performance, by way of  "strict liability", negligence or otherwise.
