Return Policy


Gaudin Porsche will not accept returns after 30 days of the date the product was received by the buyer unless otherwise specified at time of purchase. 

All returns must be as you received them, uninstalled and in the original packaging.  Returns will not be accepted if the original Porsche packaging has been altered in anyway.  This includes but is not limited to missing Porsche labels, writing on the packaging or physical damage to the packaging.  All returns must be deemed resalable by Gaudin Porsche before credited.


If your ordered arrived damaged or incorrect, please repackage the item(s) in the original shipping package and contact Gaudin Porsche directly for return authorization and return procedure.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.


All returns must be packaged securely.  We are not responsible for damaged returns resulting fro inadequate packaging.


Any parts not deemed returnable will be shipped back at the owners expense or scrapped.


Not all Products are eligible for return

Special order parts, electrical items and custom made products can not be returned for any reason.  Painted parts or modified parts are not eligible for return.  Please note, If your order does NOT include the VIN, there may be issues with a return or an exchange

Refund Processing

Refunds normally process and credit within 2-3 business days.  Once the part has been returned it will be refunded back to the card or account associated with the order.  Shipping charges are not normally refunded.



We do not issue RMA's

Please include a copy of the invoice so we know who the parts are coming from.  

All returns must be as you received them, in the bag or box the item came in with the Porsche sticker.

Once we receive the item(s) we will review your return and do a credit through the website where you placed your order.  

This process will be a refund back to the card associated with your order.


 Core returns

Some products have a core charge associated with them.  A core is some portion of a part that can be remanufactured by its manufacturer.  Doing this saves the manufacturer money and helps our environment.  For this reason a product with a core has an additional charge associated with it.  If the old part is returned in reusable condition, simply mail the core back to us along with your original receipt within thirty (30) days of the delivery date and your core refund will be issued!  Core returns need to be for the exact part purchased and cannot be damaged.  Fluids must be drained,  The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the core back to us.
